3-ingredient Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip. Protein-packed, healthy, and great with apples!
Whenever we’re in the theater performing (like this week) I always end up eating at such weird times! We don’t have to go in to work until noon, we finish the show at 10 pm…when is dinner time? It’s very confusing. During this time I like to have lots of easy, fast, and healthy food around the apartment to snack on during my breaks!
I discovered this peanut butter yogurt dip last year and now make it all the time! Especially because Kevin consumes it as one of his major food groups. Tasty and filling, it pairs well with apples for a quick lunch, snack, or healthy dessert!
In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and Greek yogurt together. I like to use natural, crunchy peanut butter for added texture, but if you prefer creamy, that works too! Once peanut butter and Greek yogurt are well combined, stir in honey. Serve with apple slices. I like to keep extras in the fridge to snack on during the week!
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ tablespoon honey
- Mix peanut butter and Greek yogurt together until smooth.
- Stir in honey and mix well.
- Keep in fridge in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
